Andrew McPherson works with a unique team of business growth architects. The team of skilled business coaches, mentors and advisers are experts in their field and experienced in helping businesses to grow. 

Andrew McPherson .

Andrew is a Business Growth Architect with  over 20 years’ experience and a proven track record of delivering tangible results for small and medium sized businesses. His experience as a business growth architect covers a wide spectrum including business planning, strategic planning, marketing, sales, excellence in business, employee engagement as well as delivering systems, process and project management services.

In addition to his consulting background Andrew has trained as a business coach and a management trainer. As such, he is well equipped to assist business owners and their teams on many levels.

By nature, Andrew is open, honest and direct with a genuine desire to help people and to ‘make an impact’. He is also an excellent communicator, creative thinker and a natural inspirer and motivator.

Andrew holds several voluntary roles including the Patients Welfare Forum whose role is to act as a ‘critical friend’ to a local NHS Trust. We are completely independent and represent the voice of the patient.

When Andrew is not working with his clients, he enjoys family time, hosting dinner parties, keeping fit and travelling.

Andrew runs his consultancy practice with one thing in mind: putting his clients’ best interests at the centre of all that he does.

Diane is a seasoned consultant, coach and mentor with a wealth of knowledge and over two decades of experience behind her. As an entrepreneur, Diane has established different businesses, she is skilled at motivating others, described as a trouble shooter and a problem solver with a flair for business. 

Diane is very organised, absorbs information efficiently, presents information in a persuasive manner and is able to influence others to buy in to new initiatives.

Diane spends her time away from work singing, learning languages, writing, and is an artist. Diane celebrated the fact that she had her first a art exhibition recently which was a success.
